Toner Activation Powder is an indispensable pre-dip catalyst in the 7-tank pretreatment process. By depositing microscopic colloidal nucleation seeds on pickled steel, Toner forces zinc phosphate crystals to grow ultra-fine and densely packed rather than coarse and sporadic. This eliminates inter-crystalline voids and guarantees superior paint bonding.

- Agitate the activation tank continuously to maintain colloidal dispersion.
