Phosphocoat Y-240 offers high-performance zinc phosphating at a reduced operating temperature of 45°C to 55°C. Formulated with internal crystal refiners, it produces a uniform grey crystalline layer that firmly anchors liquid paints, CED primers, and architectural powder coatings.
